Request deletion on the web
You can request deletion of your BOWL account and associated data even if the app is no longer installed. When possible, send the request from the email address registered to your BOWL account.
Do not include a password, purchase token or identity document in your email. We may ask for limited additional information when needed to verify account ownership.
Delete from the app
- Open Profile in BOWL.
- Go to Account & Privacy → Account Settings.
- Select Request account deletion.
- Read the information shown and confirm your request.
After the request is submitted, your account status shows that deletion is pending.
What happens next
Your account and data associated with it are permanently deleted within 30 days of a valid request. If you submitted the request by mistake, contact hello@creistudio.com before that period ends.
We may verify that the account belongs to you. If ownership cannot be confirmed, we may request additional information and pause the process until verification is complete.
Data covered by deletion
Deletion covers profile and authentication data, exam and study records, results and analysis, goals, badges and favourites, notifications and push tokens, subscription-entitlement records, question images and the solution records linked to those images.
Limited records required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention and protection of legal rights may be retained separately with restricted access only for the necessary period. They are then deleted or anonymised.
If you have an active subscription
Deleting a BOWL account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or the App Store. To prevent future charges, cancel the BOWL subscription in the relevant store’s Subscriptions settings before deleting your account.
If you cannot access the store subscription, use Google Play or Apple support. BOWL never stores full payment-card details.
