Include your device model, operating-system version, selected city and the approximate time of the issue. Do not send passwords, identity documents or exact location.

Times are calculated through AlAdhan using its Diyanet calculation method. AlAdhan is not an official Diyanet data service, so local announcements, rounding and calculation details may produce small minute differences.

Check the official local timetable for important decisions. If the city is wrong, tap the city name on the home screen and select it manually.

• Confirm notifications are enabled in the app’s Settings screen.
• Check Sade Vakit permission and sound in the device notification settings.
• Battery saving, Focus or Do Not Disturb can delay a reminder.
• Open the app periodically so its timetable can refresh.

Sade Vakit has no membership or user account. City, timetable cache and preferences remain on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
