This policy covers the Sade Vakit mobile application provided by Crei Studio.

The data controller is Ekrem Ayan, operating under the Crei Studio brand. Privacy requests may be sent to hello@creistudio.com.

Sade Vakit has no account, advertising, analytics or user-profile system and does not request your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or advertising identifier.

• Location: Approximate location permission is requested only when you choose automatic location. Current coordinates are processed through operating-system location and reverse-geocoding services to identify the city and are not retained by the app.
• City and schedule: Your city, the latest prayer timetable and offline cache are stored on the device.
• Preferences: Notification preferences and acceptance of the current legal notices are stored on the device.

Prayer times are retrieved from the AlAdhan API over HTTPS. When automatic location is used, exact device coordinates are not sent to AlAdhan; only the public centre coordinates of the selected city are used.

AlAdhan may process the city-centre coordinates and standard network information such as an IP address under its own terms and privacy practices. Sade Vakit does not use this information for advertising, analytics or profiling.

Notification permission is requested only when you enable reminders. Prayer reminders are scheduled locally on the device; Sade Vakit does not send a device token to a push-notification server.

City, timetable cache, notification settings and legal acceptance are stored only in the app’s private area on your device. We do not maintain a central user database.

You can delete these records by uninstalling the app or clearing its data. Network requests use HTTPS, and the app does not request unnecessary file, contacts, camera, microphone or background-location access.

Send privacy questions or applicable access, correction, deletion or objection requests to hello@creistudio.com. Because Sade Vakit has no account system, there is no developer-held user account to delete.
